AWG EMR — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

AWG Park for Technology and Trading QFZ LLC ("AWG Park", "we", "us") operates the AWG EMR platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Collect

- Clinic information: name, address, contact details, billing information.
- Patient data: entered by clinic staff into the EMR system. We process this data on behalf of the clinic (Data Processor).
- Usage data: login times, feature usage, for system improvement.

3. How We Use Data

- To provide and maintain the EMR service.
- To generate invoices and manage subscriptions.
- To send service-related notifications (trial expiry, invoice reminders).
- We do NOT sell, share, or use patient data for advertising.

4. Data Isolation

Each clinic's data is logically isolated using tenant-level access controls. No clinic can access another clinic's data.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored on servers located in Qatar. Regular encrypted backups are maintained.

6. Data Retention

- Active clinics: data retained as long as the subscription is active.
- Cancelled clinics: data retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

Clinics may request data export or deletion by contacting info@awgpark.qa.
