AWG EMR — Terms of Service

3. Account & Access

• - Each clinic receives one admin account upon activation.
• - The clinic admin is responsible for managing user accounts within their organization.
• - You must not share login credentials.

4. Free Trial

• - 14 days, full feature access.
• - No payment required during trial.
• - Service is suspended after trial if no payment is made.

5. Billing & Payment

• - Invoices are issued by AWG Park and payable via bank transfer.
• - Subscription activates upon payment confirmation.
• - Prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
• - Prices may change with 30 days written notice.

6. Data Ownership

• - Clinic data belongs to the clinic.
• - AWG Park acts as Data Processor.
• - Upon cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then deleted.

7. Service Availability

• - We target 99.9% uptime.
• - Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• - We are not liable for downtime due to force majeure.

8. Prohibited Use

• - Do not use the system for illegal purposes.
• - Do not attempt to access other clinics' data.
• - Do not reverse-engineer or redistribute the software.
